HUSTLE CLASSES
BOXING
At Hustle, we offer four distinct boxing classes designed to teach authentic boxing techniques in a safe, non-threatening environment. ROUNDS focuses on high-energy, circuit-style workouts inspired by boxing training. PADWORK hones your skills through partner-based pad drills, improving technique and coordination. BOX is our comprehensive boxing class that covers all the fundamentals, while BOX ADVANCED takes it to the next level, incorporating optional light contact for those ready to challenge themselves further. All classes are beginner-friendly and led by professional boxers and experienced boxing coaches. If you're new to boxing and prefer to build confidence first, our 4-Week Beginners Boxing Programme is the perfect starting point!
At Hustle, we’re an official HYROX-affiliated gym with classes running across Norwich and Wymondham. Each 45–60 minute session blends ski, row, sleds, carries, lunges, burpees, wall balls, and running (or bikes if you prefer), combining strength and endurance for a complete workout.
We run five HYROX session types:
HYROX – A high-energy session with the full community training together.
Threshold / Ergs – Build your engine and pacing.
Strength – Focus on the loaded elements like sleds and carries.
Compete – A 90-minute event-prep session.
Beginners – Slower-paced, coach-led fundamentals.
We also host regular HYROX Simulations, so you can test your progress in event-style conditions. Whatever your level, Hustle is the place to train, improve, and push your fitness.
STRENGTH TRAINING
If you’re looking to ease back into exercise at a manageable pace, our LIFT classes are the perfect starting point. These hour-long sessions are designed to help you feel confident with weights, with expert coaches guiding you through each step. The class begins with a detailed walkthrough of your workout plan, focusing on correct form, sets, and reps, while also advising you on the appropriate weights to lift. Say goodbye to the stress of not knowing what to do in the gym—our coaches handle the planning so you can focus on building strength and confidence.
For those with more experience and ready to tackle heavy compound lifts, our LIFT SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) sessions are ideal. These advanced sessions are tailored for serious lifters, offering focused coaching to help you push your limits and perfect those big movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses. Whether you’re starting out or leveling up, Hustle has the perfect LIFT class for you.
6-16 YEARS TRAINING
At Hustle, we offer boxing classes tailored for young people to build confidence, fitness, and valuable skills. Our JUNIORS class (ages 6–11) helps kids develop social skills, self-discipline, and self-defense in a fun, non-egotistical environment.
For teens, our YOUTH class (ages 12–16) focuses on technique, fitness, and resilience, helping them grow in respect, dedication, and confidence.
Our GIRLS class (ages 12–16) provides a supportive space for young women to build strength, fitness, and self-defense skills while empowering them in a positive, inclusive environment.
Led by experienced coaches, these classes teach life lessons while keeping fitness fun and engaging!
STRONG MUMS CLUB
Strong Mums Club is our fitness community for mums in Norwich and Wymondham. These coach-led sessions focus on safe strength training, conditioning, and mobility designed for mums at any stage. Babies and toddlers are welcome, so you can train without the stress of childcare.

OVER 60’s - MOVE
MOVE is our dedicated training session for over 60s in Wymondham. These coach-led classes focus on keeping you active, strong, and mobile while building confidence in the gym. Every session is adapted to suit all abilities, with a welcoming community that values progress over pressure.
