  • ROUNDS. For everyone an anyone. Time to put your boxing gloves on and get ready for some intense rounds on the bag. High tempo music and training partners there to keep you motivated throughout! Finishing off with a high intensity workout, giving you the exercise high you worked hard for.

  • Feel confident lifting weights in our LIFT classes. A run through of your hour-long class by our coaches, teaching you correct form and giving you a detailed plan informing you on sets and reps but also advising you what weight you should be lifting at. Put the stress of not knowing what to do in the gym aside and leave the planning to our coaches.

  • As we are proudly a HYROX affiliated club, we present not only 45 minute high intensity classes, involving ski, row, weighted lunges, farmers carry, burpee broad jumps, sled pull and push, wall balls and running (if you are not a strong runner there are bikes that many of our members choose to use instead!) But HYROX simulations throughout the year. HYROX is about mixing cardiovascular endurance and strength, excellent for those who are looking to lose overall body fat and gain strength.

  • The main goals of PADWORK are skill development through learning new boxing combinations, honing your methods, and overall having fun with like minded individuals and our coaches who are there to help and teach you.

  • Acquire a basic understanding of boxing and concentrate on your technique using BOX. Boxing principles such as footwork, combinations, pad work, partner drills, bag work, and traditional boxing fitness are all incorporated into our BOX sessions. This class is for everyone who wants to box, regardless of experience level.

  • Exercises that work the body and mind. Coach Becky will guide the class through breathing techniques and alignment to ensure that participants are performing the exercises correctly and effectively. Focusing on strengthening the core muscles, improving posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness, PILATES is perfect for recovery from our intense classes.

  • LIFT classes for women provides a friendly and comfortable environment that aids in developing strength and confidence. These classes concentrate on technique, lifting progressions, and personal goal setting. Weightlifting can improve not only physical health but also mental health and overall well-being. Feel empowered whilst being surrounded by others and push your limitations in a female-only environment without fear of being judged or self-conscious.

  • Our boxing classes for teenage girls are designed to help build confidence, improve fitness, and learn the fundamentals of boxing in a fun and supportive environment. There is no uniform required, just comfortable workout clothes and trainers. Classes are led by experienced coaches who focus on proper technique, conditioning, and encouragement.

  • Strength and conditioning exercises can help teenagers improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall physical fitness. Working with our head of Strength & Conditioning coach Rui, YOUTH POWER can enhance performance in any sports, whether that is boxing, swimming or football.

  • Teenagers working together in youth boxing classes is a great way for them to improve their skills, build teamwork and camaraderie, and have fun while staying active. These classes often include a mix of boxing technique drills, conditioning exercises, and other activities designed to help participants develop their skills and confidence in the ring. Additionally, boxing can be a great way for teenagers to build discipline, focus, and self-esteem.

  • MOVE is beneficial to older adults who want to participate in exercise that improves mobility, strength, balance and coordination. They are specifically intended for older individuals and adapt to their specific requirements and capabilities. These sessions also have a social component, allowing participants to connect with others and cultivate a sense of community.
