In these Terms and Conditions, 'you' means the individual responsible for the purchasing and/or training at, where applicable, HUSTLE Norwich Limited sometimes referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’.
Before participating in any physical training provided by Hustle we ask that you do not have any physical limitations or underlying health issues that might put your health and well-being at risk, or prevent you from enjoying your training experience.
You acknowledge that you may suffer injury as a result of your participation and release Hustle from any and all liability now or in the future, including but not limited to medical expenses, lost earnings or pain and suffering, that may occur by reason of heart attacks, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, knee/lower back/foot injuries, and any other illness, soreness, or injury, whether occurring during or after your participation or use of the conditioning and exercise equipment and facilities, whether at the venue or online.
If visiting HUSTLE Norwich , its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding any loss or damage to personal property.
You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of HUSTLE Norwich and acknowledge that these rules and regulations may change from time to time.
HEALTH & SAFETY
If you are feeling unwell or suspect you may have symptoms consistent with Covid-19 you understand MUST NOT enter HUSTLE Norwich.
In entering HUSTLE Norwich facility you must adhere to all recommended guidelines, including
timely arrival - as prepared as possible to begin your training so as to avoid changing room congestion.
time exit - to ensure club staff have sufficient time to prepare the facility for the next session and, again, to avoid member congestion during session transition phases.
use of hand sanitiser provided.
avoiding close contact with others.
disposing of tissues properly in the bins provided.
keeping any station, area or equipment you use clean after use with the products provided.
Hustle Gym Harassment and Inappropriate Behaviour Policy
Our Commitment
At Hustle Gym, we are dedicated to fostering an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and welcome. Harassment or inappropriate behaviour of any kind is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. This policy applies to all individuals within our facilities, including staff, personal trainers, members, visitors, and contractors.
Definition of Harassment
Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
Aggressive pressure or intimidation.
Unwelcome attention based on personal characteristics.
Conduct that threatens, intimidates, alarms, or causes fear for one's safety.
Physical violence or implied sexual threats.
Threatening, offensive, unwelcome, or abusive language or behaviour.
Forms of Harassment
Harassment can be:
Direct: Targeted at an individual by another individual or group.
Indirect: Observed towards someone else or a group, even if not personally related.
Examples of Harassment
Negative or unwelcome comments about race, heritage, or ethnicity.
Jokes or suggestive statements about someone's sexual orientation, gender, or identity.
Derogatory remarks regarding a person's physical or mental abilities.
Exclusive or negative comments based on age.
Unkind remarks intended to offend or embarrass someone because of their size or fitness level.
Examples in a Gym Environment
Uninvited correction of another gym user's form or technique.
Taking unsolicited photographs of another person.
Excessive staring or watching someone, directly or via mirrors.
Following someone or consistently exercising near them without consent.
Sending or sharing unwelcome personal images.
Unwanted flirtation or sexual advances.
Commenting on others' bodies, appearance, or clothing.
Reporting Procedures
If you experience or witness harassment or inappropriate behaviour:
Direct Approach: If you feel comfortable, address the individual involved to inform them that their behaviour is unwelcome.
Report to Management: If direct confrontation is not feasible or the behaviour persists, report the incident to the Gym Management team immediately.

All reports will be handled with sensitivity and confidentiality. We are committed to conducting thorough and impartial investigations and will take prompt and effective corrective action when necessary.
Consequences of Violations
Individuals found to have violated this policy may face disciplinary actions, including but not limited to suspension or permanent ban from Hustle Gym facilities.
Protection Against Retaliation
Hustle Gym strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report harassment or participate in investigations. Retaliation includes, but is not limited to, intimidation, threats, or adverse actions related to employment or gym membership.
Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains effective and up-to-date with current laws and best practices.

GYM ACCESS
You must visit reception on arrival to ensure your visit is logged.
You do not need to book gym use but access is on a first come, first served basis and may be refused if the floor(s) are full.
To reduce congestion and risk of close contact with other members you understand you may not be able to use the ground floor for gym use when classes are active - upstairs remains available subject to space.
REGISTRATION & PURCHASE
To register or purchase from the HUSTLE Norwich online booking system you must be over 16 years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. If you are under the age of 16 years you must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian.
All offers and prices are subject to change without notice.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
There is no minimum term for HUSTLE Norwich memberships. Memberships will automatically renew each month until canceled in writing to hello@doyouhustle.co.uk
To cancel or change a HUSTLE Norwich membership you must provide at least 60 days prior to your due payment date. Membership, and all sessions linked to the membership, will terminate on the final day prior to the next billing period.
We have a 6-hour cancellation policy on all of classes. If you are an UNLIMITED member and do not attend a booked class a standard single class rate will be charged to your account.
No refunds are given in part or whole for any unused time or sessions remaining.
HUSTLE Norwich reserves the right to terminate membership, refuse entry to the venue or any facility where HUSTLE Norwich training is conducted to anyone that acts in violation of the positive, good vibes, community-based spirit of HUSTLE Norwich, including but not limited to abusive or violent language, threatening behaviour or rudeness to fellow members or club staff.
Private Training and Classes
All sessions, whether personal training or classes, must be booked in advance using the club website or app.
It is your responsibility to attend the training appointments (whether class or private training) when they are scheduled. Cancellations must be made by logging in to your account in a web browser, or via the Clubright app.
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the appointment start time. Appointments that are missed, or canceled within 4-hours of the session start time, will be charged for the price of 1 session to your account.
You understand that appointments will begin and end promptly as scheduled. You acknowledge that any delays to the start of a scheduled appointment will not be a cause to extend the provided service beyond the remainder of the scheduled time. You will not expect or ask my trainer to run overtime. You understand that if you are 10 minutes late the appointment will be canclled and you will be charged for that session and/or not be issued a refund.
Unless otherwise stated, Personal Training and Classes purchases are valid for 12-months from the date of purchase.
Special Discounts, Offers & Freebies
We may occasionally offer special discounts on special services, offers, guest passes, and other similar features. These are subject to be withdrawn or changed without notice.
GENERAL
Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times.
It is advised that valuables are not brought to the class and are taken at the owner’s risk.
If the participant’s health changes at any time during membership we must be informed of the details, in writing, and a new PAR-Q must be completed.
It is advisable that participants do not exercise on an empty stomach.
Listed instructors are subject to change without notice.
Persons registered on a sex offenders list will not be allowed to join Hutle and this information must be disclosed.
THE SHOP
Any purchases from the shop which are demonstrably defective or damaged upon arrival may be returned within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
Items may be returned within 14 days for exchange only. Returns are valid only for items that have not been used or damaged and are in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges or refunds.
Refunds are only available when an equivalent replacement is unavailable and the customer does not wish to exchange for another product.
