HUSTLE BOXING CLASSES

BOX (All Levels)
Learn the fundamentals of boxing and focus on your technique with BOX. Our 60 minute BOX sessions incorporate boxing foundations with footwork, combinations, pad work,partner drills, bag work and old school boxing conditioning. Train like a pro boxing athlete and work on your skills whilst improving your cardiovascular endurance. Please be ready before the class starts (hand wraps on if you have them).

BOX ADVANCED (Advanced)
As well as learning advanced boxing drills, this class introduces technical sparring with safe and controlled 1:1 partner contact drills. 60 minutes of putting those combinations into practice and the opportunity to move around the ring, showing what skills you already have and what needs improving on. Our boxing coaches are there to advise you on head movement, footwork and more whilst you build up a sweat through the endurance based rounds of sparring.
PLEASE BRING MOUTH GUARD, HAND WRAPS, HEAD GUARD AND GLOVES (14-16oz) without these you cannot take part - gloves and head guard can be provided. Please be ready before the class starts.

ROUNDS (All Levels)
This 45 minute class, open to everyone, includes not only an opportunity to work the bags but also time to improve your boxing technique through shadow boxing and partner work. Our most loved ROUNDS class is full of fun and adrenaline as our coaches will push you to your limits! Expect encouragement from others joining you in this cardio and strength based class, giving you that extra push through the rounds on the bags and in the classic ROUNDS tough finisher.

PADWORK (Intermediate)
A 60 minute boxing-focused workout with an opportunity to work with our coaches. This class is programmed around the use of combat skills and techniques - you will learn how to land different combinations used by trained athletes whilst building your stamina. Please be ready before the class starts (hand wraps on if you have them).
PADWORK improves your overall cardiovascular fitness, total body strength, and a great way to relieve stress in a fun and relaxed environment. This class also aids in developing new skills and hand-eye coordination. Walk out of a PADWORK class feeling like a boxer as you improve your technique and build your confidence week by week.
