Are you ready to take the first step into the world of HYROX? Join our 4-Week Beginners HYROX Course at our Wymondham gym! Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, master the movements, or work toward a HYROX competition, this program is designed for you.
As an official HYROX gym partner with fully qualified HYROX coaches, we focus on teaching you all the key movements—like ski, row, sled push/pull, wall balls, and more—so you feel confident and comfortable in a class. Over four weeks, you’ll also build your base fitness, laying the foundation for long-term progress.
This is a fantastic opportunity to prepare for our HYROX simulation events or even work toward competing in a full HYROX competition. Designed for all fitness levels, our supportive and motivating environment ensures you’ll feel right at home as you work toward your goals.
