Our Athletic Development programme is designed to elevate performance while prioritising safety through injury prevention and growth management.
Provision Focus and Training Components:
Our comprehensive approach to athletic development focuses on key areas:
1. Movement Literacy and Efficiency: Mastery of movement for enhanced performance and minimised injury risk.
2. Strength and Power Development: Building foundational strength for athletic success and injury prevention.
3. Acceleration and Speed Mechanics: Training to improve speed and acceleration.
4. Agility and Reactive Ability: Enhancing the ability to change direction effectively and rapidly.
5. Injury Prevention in Growth and Maturation: Addressing growth-related challenges and mitigating/ managing common injuries associated with these phases.
Exclusive and Limited Availability:
To ensure the highest quality of training and individual attention, we are limiting membership to 12 spaces per group. This allows us to provide focused, personalised coaching to each athlete, ensuring optimal development and progress.
