Well-Being and Breakfast: Introducing Our Friday Morning HUSTLE & BREAKFAST Sessions at YALM
We are excited to announce the launch of our new well-being program with the introduction of our first Friday morning HUSTLE & BRUNCH sessions in March! Join us every Friday morning for a series of 4 exclusive morning workouts followed by brunch at the stunning new food hall, Yalm in Norwich.
With a focus on well-being through mindfulness and exercise, these sessions are the perfect opportunity for you to take some time for yourself and start your weekend on the right foot. On Friday 3 March, Coach Andy will lead a guided breath-work session designed to alleviate anxiety and work pressure. On Friday 10 March, Coach Bobby will introduce you to the basics of boxing in a slow-paced and technical environment. On Friday 17 March, Coach Andy will guide you through a recovery and stretching session to give your muscles a well-deserved stretch. Finally, on Friday 24 March, Coach XXx will lead a Pilates session that provides a combination of zen and energy.
