Introducing the HUSTLE Wellbeing Programme

At HUSTLE, we understand the balance between hard work and the need for physical and mental self-care. Our HUSTLE Wellbeing Programme is designed to support your team, department, and entire organisation. We go beyond typical workplace wellness seminars by integrating our HUSTLE classes to bridge the gap between mental and physical health.

Giving back to the community

Hustle supports local individuals living in inequality by providing the facility to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.

10% of our booking fee goes towards our "‘FEEL GOOD FOUNDATION” .

Programme Highlights

  • Mental Health Empowerment: Equip your employees with a deeper understanding of mental health and empower them with a boxing technique sessions.

  • Learning the boxing basics: Learn the technical aspects of boxing; stance, footwork, movement and punches in a safe environment with no contact.

  • Breath Work Techniques: Learn functional breathing mechanics to enhance concentration, mood, and stress management, especially in high-pressure situations.

Perfect for smaller organisations or those looking to sample our programme. Includes:

Customisable Packages

All our packages can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your employees and organization. We also offer additional sessions on mindfulness, breath work, and goal setting.

What You Get

Each HUSTLE Wellbeing package costs £2000 + VAT for a group of 12 participants and includes:

  • Venue and refreshments

  • Nutritional snacks and lunch

  • Qualified mental health workshop facilitator and HUSTLE coach

  • Take-away resources

  • HUSTLE pen and notebook

  • 45-minute Breath Work workshop

We can accommodate up to 16 participants, with additional spaces available at £100 per person at our Wymondham facility.

Emma Lewis - Eudaemonia Mental Health Practitioner

Emma is a Psychologist with extensive expertise working closely with partners and key stakeholders to educate, advise and offer guidance to a variety of disciplines on how to get the best outcomes when working within a vulnerability model. Her career has led to one of Leadership, empowering others to be the best they can be where her expertise as a Psychologist has ensured that her focus remains on people; on their past, present and future.
