This is an off-season performance programme specifically design to develop key physical qualities necessary for the development of any football athlete. It will focus on elements such as acceleration, speed, agility, strength, flexibility, and movement quality.
The days of running from cone to cone with no real coaching or performance outcome are over. Here you will learn about effective movement strategies and train physical qualities in accordance with sports science/ training principles. We are not here to make you tired, we are here to make you better.
ABOUT RUI
Rui is a qualified Strength & Conditioning and football coach, with extensive experience working with a multitude of youth and professional athletes.
Upon graduating with a Sports Coaching (BSc Hons) degree, he went on to study a Masters in Strength & Conditioning at St. Mary’s in Twickenham, London.
In addition to working in the private sector as a S&C coach, Rui is also a Sports, Health and Exercise Science degree lecturer at Easton College in Norfolk.
