WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN A BOX CLASS?

Learn the fundamentals of boxing and focus on your technique with BOX. Our 60 minute BOX sessions incorporate boxing foundations with footwork, combinations, pad work, partner drills, bag work and old school boxing conditioning. Train like a pro boxing athlete and work on your skills whilst improving your cardiovascular endurance. Please be ready before the class starts (hand wraps on if you have them).
